Bookings
Appointments are confirmed once your booking has been accepted and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Payment
Payment is due prior to your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur the full appointment fee. If you need to reschedule due to exceptional circumstances, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation.
Shopping Services
Any clothing, accessories or other items purchased during styling sessions are purchased directly from the retailer by you. Suzanne Delahunty Style is not responsible for retailer returns, exchanges, product availability or manufacturing defects.
Results
Your styling service is largely dependent on the information you provide to your stylist including (without limitation) in relation to your lifestyle, career, objectives and budget.
Styling advice is tailored to your individual goals and preferences and the information you provide. While every effort is made to provide expert recommendations, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suzanne Delahunty Style's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Photography
Photographs taken during appointments will only be used for marketing purposes with your prior written consent.
Privacy
Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service or where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
